Arthritis is a condition which includes inflammation in the one or more joints causing severe pain, swelling and stiffness near the joints. One of the most common form of arthritis is osteoporosis.   • cherries – ½ cup
  • peach slices – 1 ½ cups
  • coconut milk – 1 ¼ cups

3. Banana smoothie:banana smoothie

It was proved that banana smoothies helps in reducing the arthritis health problem to a greater extent. Bananas contain magnesium and potassium which helps in the maintaining the healthy bone density. You can prepare the banana smoothie in your home and you can also add pineapple, ginger and coconut milk to it which becomes more useful in reducing the arthritis symptoms.


4. Avocado smoothie:avocado smoothie

Avocados are a good source of healthy diet for treating various illnesses. It contains fats and Vitamin E and helps in repairing the cartilages in the joints. Blend the avocado pieces and prepare a smoothie. Drink this to fight with the arthritis.


 

 5. Turmeric and ginger smoothie:Turmeric and ginger smoothie

Turmeric and ginger smoothie can be easily prepared at home. Turmeric acts as an antibiotic and is good for various illnesses and in the same way, ginger helps in treating the arthritis patients. Blend a piece of ginger root, turmeric root, 1 large cucumber, 3 carrots and 2 cups of pineapple pieces. 6. Beetroot and pineapple smoothie:Beetroot and pineapple smoothie

Beetroot and pineapple juice is another smoothie to drink to curb arthritis. Blend one medium sized beetroot, peeled and sliced cucumber pieces, half lemon juice, 1 cup of pineapple together to form into a smoothie. Drink this regularly to reduce the arthritis symptoms to its maximum extent.
