Tomato Beet Salad

Serving size for Tomato Beet Salad-
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 pounds tomatoes (Preferably Heirloom)
- 1 pound scrubbed small beets
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves &
- ¼ cup crumbled feta.
Directions to prepare Tomato Beet Salad-
Before we start up the procedure, pre heat your oven to 400 degrees. Seal in the beets in a foil and heat it for 75 minutes until tender. Arrange sliced large tomatoes and halve cherry tomatoes then beets on a platter. But ensure after roasting the beets, remove skin on beets with a paper towel.
Crumble the salad with olive oil, feta, and cilantro and at last with salt and pepper.
