Mushroom Carpaccio-

Ingredients of the recipe-

  • ½ pound large fresh white mushrooms, clean and trimmed
  • 4 ounces baby arugula
  • 1 lemon halved
  • Olive oil- Extra virgin
  • Wedge parmesan
  • Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper.

Directions to prepare Mushroom Carpaccio-

Slice the mushrooms sparsely and arrange them on a platter in a single layer. Evenly scatter the arugula over the mushrooms. Lightly sprinkle the mixture with olive oil, kosher salt and pepper for a taste. At last, top up with shaven strips of Parmesan evenly on Mushroom Carpaccio.

Yummy Mushroom Carpaccio is ready to serve, but be sure to squeeze the juice of lemon on it before you serve immediately.
