  • 2-3 large lemons, thinly sliced
  • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 18-20 mint leaves
  • 1/2 – 1 t
  • 1tsp ginger, ground
  • 1 gallon of water

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Thoroughly wash all fruits and veggies and thinly slice the lemon and cucumber.
Step 2: Fill container with ingredients and fill to the top with water.
Step 3: Soak in fridge overnight and enjoy within 2 days.
Step 4: Drink it all the day as much you can. It keeps your body hydrated


  • Drink it day by day. Repeat it for a month and stop using it. If it is needed start drinking after two months gap again for a month.
